Uncle Johny's Glass Eye is a delight.

People often use humor as a way of dealing with having an artificial eye. This was especially true in the past when glass eyes were clearly so different.

I have just come across a beautiful story told in an animation on You Tube that demonstrates this very well.

The short clip is the story of a little boy and his uncle Johnny’s glass eye. It is a delightful true tale of an uncle’s humor and a brave little boy who shows his uncle’s eye an early peek at the Christmas presents.
